SILVER SERVICE

Our most exquisite service is the one our clients love the most. Uniformed waiters/waitresses simultaneously serve your guests’ plates at their seated locations. This service ensures seamless service for your guests, in which they all receive an equal amount of food professionally plated by our chefs and their team.

SHARING PLATTERS

Uniformed waiters/waitresses simultaneously serve your guests at their tables within the dining area. The food is presented on sharing platters (two platters per table). This also ensures seamless service for your guests, in which they all receive an equal amount that has been plated up in a professional manner by our chefs and their team.

FOOD STATION (with server)

A popular option for street food-style menus is for guests to come to a designated food station to collect their food. Queues will form, but with uniformed staff on hand to portion control and help serve the items, these will move along smoothly and efficiently. All guests will receive roughly the same amount, and there will be a guarantee that no one is left without. 

BUFFET STYLE (help yourself)

As with the food station service, guests come up to a designated area but instead help themselves with the food.  Queues will form but normally move along smoothly and efficiently. With no server on hand, guests may take more than has been designated to them, leaving less for others. This isn’t always the case, but we must inform you that it can happen.
