WEDDING CATERING SERVICE OPTIONS
Below you’ll find details on the four service options we offer. Please note that the type of service does not determine how much food we prepare for you; rather, it determines how we deliver the food to your guests. For instance, a buffet style menu will have the exact same portions as a sharing platter and so on.
SILVER SERVICE ££££
Our most exquisite service, Uniformed waiters/waitress’s simultaneously serve your guests individual plates at their seated location. This service ensures a seamless service for your guests in which they all receive an equal amount which has been plated up in a professional manner by our chefs and their team.
SHARING PLATTERS £££
A more relaxed alternative to the above but as with the silver service Uniformed waiters/waitress’s simultaneously serve to you guests at their tables within the dining area but in this instance the food is presented on sharing platters (two platters per table) This also ensures a seamless service for your guest’s in which they all receive an equal amount which has been plated up in a professional manner by our chefs and their team.
FOOD STATION with server ££
A popular option for the street food style menus, your guests come up to a designated food station to collect their food, queues will form but with uniformed staff on hand to portion control and help serve the items these will move along smoothly and efficiently with all guests receiving roughly the same amount and there being a guarantee that no one is left without.
BUFFET STYLE help yourself £
As with the above your guests come up to a designated area but instead help themselves to the food on offer. As with above queues will form that normally move along smoothly and efficiently, with no server on hand guest’s may take more than has been designated to them leaving less for others. This isn’t always the case, but we need to make you aware that it can happen depending on your guest’s. It is down to the individual to not come up for seconds or overload their plates before everyone has eaten.
