Booking Information – Wild Truffle Catering
• Your booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent by Wild Truffle Catering.
• Deposits secure your date and cover planning and preparation, so they are non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due before your event date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit will be retained and additional costs may apply if preparations have already been made.
• Final guest numbers, menu selections, and dietary requirements should be confirmed by the agreed deadline ahead of your event.
• On rare occasions, small substitutions may be necessary due to availability, but we always aim to maintain the agreed quality and style.
• If anything isn’t quite right on the day, please let us know straight away so we can put things right.
• While we always do our best to deliver as planned, we can’t be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control.
