How far in advance should I book a caterer?
For weddings, summer events and larger corporate functions, we recommend booking as early as possible. For buffets, funeral catering and smaller events, we can often help at shorter notice depending on availability.
What areas do you cover?
We provide catering throughout Liverpool, Wirral, Merseyside, Cheshire and surrounding areas, including Liverpool city centre, Formby, Crosby, Southport, Maghull, Chester and the wider North West.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. Our minimum order value is £350.
Is there a maximum number of guests you can cater for?
No. We regularly cater for both small private gatherings and large-scale events with hundreds of guests.

How much does catering cost in Liverpool?
Catering costs vary depending on guest numbers, menu choice, service style and location. Our catering packages start from around £6.95 per person, with premium dining experiences costing considerably more. Every quotation is tailored to your event.
How much buffet food do I need per person?
The amount of food required depends on the type of event, time of day and whether the buffet is replacing a full meal. We’ll always recommend suitable quantities based on your guest numbers and event details.
How many sandwiches should I order per person?
For most buffet events, around 2 to 4 sandwich pieces per person is a useful guide, depending on what other food is being served. We are happy to advise on the right quantities for your event.
What is usually included in a buffet?
Buffets can include sandwiches, wraps, savouries, pastries, salads, cakes, desserts, fruit and hot food. Menus can be tailored to suit both informal and more formal events.
Can buffet food be left out all day?
No. Food safety regulations limit how long prepared food should remain at room temperature. We’ll advise on safe serving times and the best setup for your event.
